Towards greater gender equalitymen
The Law introduced by the Government in 2018, incorporates the obligation to publish a gender equality index measuring, among other things, the gender pay gap within companies.
This index takes into account 5 criteria calculated on 100 points:
- Gender pay gap: 40 points
- Difference in individual salary increase rates (excluding promotions) between women and men: 20 points
- Gap in promotion rates between men and women: 15 points
- Percentage of employees returning from maternity leave who received a raise: 15 points
- Number of employees of the under-represented sex among employees with the highest salaries: 10 points
The PRODIRECT group is proud to announce today that its gender equality index is 100 points out of 100.
This excellent rating testifies to PRODIRECT's ability to take concrete action in favor of equality between employees at all stages of working life and at all levels of the company.
