A balanced working model
The pace of work has intensified in recent years, driven by productivity imperatives, pressure from increasingly impatient customers, the need to be hyper-reactive to market developments and, last but not least, new technologies. Time seems to be speeding up. There is less and less "idle time", as employees can now, for the most part, work anywhere, anytime.
However, the Group wants its employees to be able to maintain a healthy balance between their personal and professional lives.
He organizes his employees' schedules to keep as much as possible to a maximum of 8 working hours a day, leaving them enough time for their private and family lives.
