Pro Direct CRC and Vivetic now under the management of Noëlle Costa
Pro Direct, founded in 1988 by Gilles Guez, a French group specializing in customer relations and omnichannel communications, announces the appointment of Noëlle Costa as Managing Director of its Customer Relations division.
This appointment comes a year after Noëlle Costa took over as President of Vivetic, a long-standing player in outsourced customer relations and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in the Indian Ocean region, and of Acticia Conseil, an agency specializing in data marketing.
Its aim is to speed up the merger initiated several months ago between Pro Direct and Vivetic, both owned by the Dzeta Conseil investment fund.
The two structures support more than 180 customers, including some of the largest companies in the banking and insurance, press, real estate, telecoms, retail and e-commerce sectors, who can now take advantage of the strengths of the new entity and benefit from a comprehensive range of services and expertise, both inshore and offshore.
The new group already employs 2,500 people at 7 back and front office production sites (4 in France, 3 in the Indian Ocean), and intends to accelerate its expansion into new locations to meet customer expectations.
Jean Dendievel, Director of Operations, Lalatiana Le Goff, General Manager of Vivetic and Emmanuel Loyez, Director of Development, join the Group's Management Committee, alongside Noëlle Costa.
