SALES MANAGER

Reporting to the Group Strategy and Development Department, your role is to define, lead and drive a sales strategy with a view to winning new customer accounts and developing sales.

YOUR MISSIONS :

  • Drawing up sales policy
  • Ensure that sales and margin targets set annually are met
  • Prospect and develop the loyalty of strategic accounts for the company;
  • Lead negotiations for new contracts;
  • Participate in trade fairs, conferences and other external representation events.
  • Monitor the launch of customer projects through to validation of their operational deployment
  • Reporting to General Management.
  • Liaise with other company departments.

YOUR PROFILE :

  • With a degree from a business school, you have at least 5 years' successful experience in BtoB sales in the BPO and customer relations/call center sector.
  • You have the argumentation skills to negotiate sales contracts;
  • You can demonstrate autonomy in managing your sales policy once it has been drawn up.
  • Your English is fluent.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • Position based in Paris.
  • Annual remuneration consisting of a fixed and a variable component.
