SALES MANAGER
Reporting to the Group Strategy and Development Department, your role is to define, lead and drive a sales strategy with a view to winning new customer accounts and developing sales.
YOUR MISSIONS :
- Drawing up sales policy
- Ensure that sales and margin targets set annually are met
- Prospect and develop the loyalty of strategic accounts for the company;
- Lead negotiations for new contracts;
- Participate in trade fairs, conferences and other external representation events.
- Monitor the launch of customer projects through to validation of their operational deployment
- Reporting to General Management.
- Liaise with other company departments.
YOUR PROFILE :
- With a degree from a business school, you have at least 5 years' successful experience in BtoB sales in the BPO and customer relations/call center sector.
- You have the argumentation skills to negotiate sales contracts;
- You can demonstrate autonomy in managing your sales policy once it has been drawn up.
- Your English is fluent.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Position based in Paris.
- Annual remuneration consisting of a fixed and a variable component.
