VIVETIC GROUP, a long-standing player in outsourcing in France and the Indian Ocean, is looking for a GRC Business Operations Manager (M/F) - [Customer Relationship Management] to manage and develop its Antananarivo GRC Center (Madagascar).
The Operational Business Manager is required to manage a functional and operational activity. You must be able to analyze financial mechanisms, and master the sales and marketing dimension.
Your objective is to improve the performance of the activity for which you are responsible.
Your main tasks:
- Implement operational strategy
- Act as a privileged contact for customers.
- Guarantee, develop and maintain customer satisfaction, and meet their expectations in terms of innovation.
- Ensure, maintain and develop sales and margins for its activities
- Guarantee optimal service quality; ensure compliance with defined production indicators
- Improve production processes
- Optimize production costs, develop the company's economic performance
- Manage and analyze results and present them to company management
- Manage and lead production teams
Your profile:
- You have solid experience in a customer relationship management or similar position.
- You are an expert in the management of performance indicators and services
- You have a good command of project management, management techniques and written and oral communication.
- You have the ability to analyze, formalize and summarize.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and a well-developed sense of service.
- You are reactive, proactive, rigorous, organized and enjoy a challenge.
Position to be filled in Antananarivo (Madagascar).
