OPERATIONAL HR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER M/F
Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will assist and provide expertise to production managers on HR issues, in compliance with current regulations, the Collective Bargaining Agreement, company agreements and the Group's HR policy.
In general, you advise the Production department and ensure that it has the resources it needs at all times.
YOUR MISSIONS
- Develop and analyze upstream with managers the means to be implemented to adapt resources to business needs (target organization, professions and skills, employment management, training, change management, etc.).
- Manage and ensure implementation of HR policies and tools within the organization
- Manage skills and careers by participating with managers in the individual development of each employee and overseeing the individual evolution of skills.
- Work with managers to draw up and validate promotion plans and skills development guidelines, as well as their implementation at entity level.
- Participate in meetings with the Works Council and Employee Representatives
- Support managers in their relations with their teams to explain and give meaning to organizational and strategic decisions
- Assist managers with disciplinary procedures (reminders, warnings) and termination of employment contracts (redundancy, retirement, contractual termination).
- Analyze HR KPIs and define and implement appropriate actions
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain a table analyzing the causes of exits and departures
- Work with the various HR departments (Recruitment, Training, General Services, Personnel Administration and Payroll)
- Other tasks may be carried out at the request of your line manager
YOUR PROFILE
- A broad knowledge of the Human Resources field
- Good command of the French language (oral and written)
- Good knowledge of office automation tools (Pack Office)
- Good command of negotiation/mediation techniques and good leadership and teamwork skills.
- Skills in recruitment, career management, training, etc.
