IT Engineering Department Manager
VIVETIC Group, leader in BPO, CALL outsourcing and digital services, is looking for an IT Engineering Department Manager to manage our team of 35 engineers and our innovative projects.
POSITION AND MISSION :
You will be in charge of managing the department and application solution development projects for the Group and our customers. The department is organized into skill clusters: project manager, acceptance and certification, WEB development, data integration, solution integration, business intelligence.
The IT Engineering Manager will promote the Group's global offering, lead projects with excellence, and drive value creation and innovation. He/she will play a key role in developing the HR skills of the teams, ensuring their ongoing professional development and strengthening their expertise to meet future challenges. In addition, he/she will be responsible for optimizing processes and proactively managing risks, thus guaranteeing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. He will also foster a culture of continuous improvement and ethical leadership within the teams. His vision will make a significant contribution to the evolution of the Group's practices and technological excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Director of IT & Digital Services, your main responsibilities will be :
- Manage the Engineering department in line with the set challenges and objectives
- Manage and supervise departmental projects
- Manage department teams, develop managers' leadership skills
- Pre-sales support and customer relations
- Be responsible for the commitments of the Engineering department (to customers: Mada and FR Production, Projects, General Management) concerning the implementation and maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of the solution park
- Organizes and implements the resources needed to maximize the value provided by the department (implementation of VIVETIC Group IS Architecture recommendations, development tools and processes, etc.).
- Take the necessary decisions to (re)frame the department (structuring, HR, projects, etc.)

- Experience in managing IT projects and implementing agile methods.

ID PROFILEÉAL:
Minimum level of education : BAC+5, Engineer
Training / specialization : Engineering school specializing in computer science.
Experience : Successful experience in product development and/or IT project management.
Plus points :
- Experience in managing offshore teams or projects.
- Experience in a digital services company (ESN)
