Back office platform manager

VIVETIC GROUP, a historic player in outsourcing in France and the Indian Ocean, is looking for a Back Office Platform Manager.

Main duties:

  • Ensure the structuring and optimization of internal processes to
    to guarantee maximum efficiency.
  • Regularly monitor individual and team performance, and
    provide constructive feedback.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction and the smooth running of its activities.
  • Make strategic decisions to align team activities
    with the company's objectives.

Qualifications required:

  • Proven experience in the position of PR, CDP, CP, OPS
  • Successful BPO project management experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Customer relations skills
  • Thoroughness combined with strong organizational skills
  • Very good knowledge of BPO and data entry businesses

Position to be filled in Antananarivo (Madagascar).
