Back office platform manager
VIVETIC GROUP, a historic player in outsourcing in France and the Indian Ocean, is looking for a Back Office Platform Manager.
Main duties:
- Ensure the structuring and optimization of internal processes to
to guarantee maximum efficiency. - Regularly monitor individual and team performance, and
provide constructive feedback. - Guarantee customer satisfaction and the smooth running of its activities.
- Make strategic decisions to align team activities
with the company's objectives.
Qualifications required:
- Proven experience in the position of PR, CDP, CP, OPS
- Successful BPO project management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Customer relations skills
- Thoroughness combined with strong organizational skills
- Very good knowledge of BPO and data entry businesses
Position to be filled in Antananarivo (Madagascar).
